When you request information or an estimate, we may ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP), date of birth, the last four digits or full Social Security number (used only to locate your credit file), approximate unsecured debt amount, and other details about your financial situation.
Credit information. With your consent, we and our Partners may obtain your consumer credit report and score from consumer reporting agencies as described in our Terms of Service.
Usage Data. We automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type and identifiers, operating system, the pages you visit, the date, time, and duration of your visit, referring URLs, and similar diagnostic data.

With Partners. The core purpose of the Service is to forward the information you submit to one or more Partners who may contact you about debt relief programs. Once shared, a Partner's use of your information is governed by that Partner's own privacy policy. Partners may supplement your information with data obtained from other sources.
With Service Providers who host, operate, analyze, or support the Service, or who help us contact you.
With Affiliates, who are required to honor this Privacy Policy.
In a business transfer, in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.

Retention

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, and of text messages by replying STOP.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your Personal Data, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, contact us and we will remove it.
